Consistent and reliable service is a high priority for KUAB FWDs. To ensure that all FWD owners are able to take the fullest advantage of their investments, ERI offers a full range of support activities, including an annual Preventative Maintenance Program, and tracks FWD performance through an owner’s database.
Maintenance and Support
The ERI service facility covers over 3,000 square feet for KUAB FWD assembly and maintenance. ERI offers the following services at its facility in Savoy, Illinois.

• Telephone consultation and troubleshooting
• Supply of consumable spare parts
• Special ordering and delivery of non-stock items
• Emergency repairs at either the ERI or client’s facilities
